Initial Lactation Consult, Home Visit   120 mins     300

We will discuss your Breastfeeding goals, go over what’s working and what’s challenging.

The visit includes an assessment of you and your baby, a detailed health history, observing a feeding, pre and post feed weight if needed,  evidence-based information and a comprehensive care plan.

In-Home Follow Up   60 mins  225 

Following up from previous care in your home or online, we will check on the progress from earlier visits and adjust the plan of care accordingly. A pediatric scale will be available, if pre or post feed weight check is needed.  

Telehealth Lactation Care    60 mins     150

We will discuss your breastfeeding goals, go over what’s working and what we need to improve. Intake forms and health history are important tools used along with observations made during the telehealth visit in order to provide a comprehensive care plan. Please complete all forms before appointment. 

Telehealth Lactation Care Refresher  30 mins      75  

For returning clients only 

 IN-HOME Consultation ( Lactation Network)

Clients who have lactation coverage as part of their insurance plan will have all visits covered in full. (Lactation Network,Cigna,BCBS,Anthem clients only)

Travel Fee of $40 for in-home care applies and is not covered by insurance. Travel fee can be paid at the time of service.

Cancellation policy 

Cancellation must be made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. A credit card on file is requested to book an appointment. A $75 fee will be billed to the credit card on file for an appointment not canceled with a 24hrs notice.
